InSinkErator will take back your waste disposal unit if you are not completely satisfied within 60 days of delivery.*

If you are not completely satisfied with your new InSinkErator food waste disposer, InSinkErator UK will take it back within 60 days of the date of purchase and delivery from insinkerator.co.uk, and will refund the full purchase price to you (finance charges, delivery fees, costs of installation, and costs of removal, remedial work of the appliance are not included). This offer is open to UK residents only.

*Terms and Conditions: This 60-day money-back guarantee is a voluntary goodwill policy applicable only where the product does not perform as per manufacturer’s description, between days 15 and 60 following delivery. It operates in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Exclusions: Taps, Filters, Tanks, and Accessories. Effective from 20 August 2026 until further notice.

Within the first 14 days of delivery, you retain your legal right to cancel for any reason and receive a full refund, including basic outgoing delivery fees. For returns made under this voluntary policy between days 15 and 60, the customer is responsible for the cost of safely returning the unit to us. Products returned under the voluntary 15–60 day window must be clean, and in their original packaging. Your statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods are entirely unaffected.
